How we check saunas

Every fact on this site comes from the venue's own website or booking page, and we show where it came from.

Which places we list

Public saunas, community saunas, bathhouses and banyas, plus spas, leisure centres and gyms where any adult can pay for a single sauna session or a day pass without joining. For spas, leisure centres and gyms we only list places whose own website mentions the sauna. Members-only clubs, saunas for private hire only, and people selling or renting saunas aren't listed.

Where the information comes from

We find saunas in each city, then read each venue's own website: its home page, its prices page, its opening hours and, where prices are only shown there, its booking page. We don't copy information from other directories or reviews.

Prices

We only show a price that the venue publishes, and we keep the exact wording it uses. The headline price is the cheapest standard adult session. Introductory offers, concessions, bundles and private hire aren't used for it. Where the venue gives the session length, we also work out the price per hour, so a 45-minute and a 90-minute session can be compared fairly.

151 of the 508 saunas we list don't publish a session price where we can read it. For those we link straight to their booking page rather than guess.

Dates and corrections

Every sauna page shows the date we last checked it (most recently 24 October 2026) and links to the pages we used. Prices and times change, so always confirm with the venue before you go.
